Withdrawals in SGD and USD:
- Requests received before 11:00am (Singapore time) will be processed within the same day.
- Requests received after 11:00am (Singapore time) will be processed the next business day.
Withdrawal in other currencies:
- Requests will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

- Ong First Tradition does not assume responsibility for funds that are sent via the mail.
- Funds will only be available for trading after they have been deposited, cleared and credited to the customer's account.
- You are free to withdraw any funds you deposit.
- All withdrawal requests will be returned the way the funds were received.
- The funds from a joint account, regardless of whom they were deposited by, must be returned to the joint account holders in both names.
