CME Fee Revisions with effect from 1 January 2014 (Wednesday)

On 12 November 2013 (Tuesday), CME Group announced a number of revisions to its fee policies and liquidity incentive programs which will become effective 1 January 2014, pending all relevant CFTC regulatory approvals and review periods. The following provides an overview of these fee modifications for CME, CBOT and NYMEX.

Merger and Acquisition Announcement

25 November 2013, Monday

Ong First Tradition Pte Ltd (“Ong First Tradition”) is pleased to announce that as of 25 November 2013, we have entered into a strategic investment agreement with KGI Securities Co. Ltd. (“KGI Securities”).The combined companies will go forward together under the name KGI Ong Capital Pte Ltd (“KGI Ong Capital), incorporating the identities of two of the oldest names in the regional financial products and services industry.


This Transaction will see the emergence of a new force in Singapore’s financial services market which, subject to the approval from the relevant regulatory authorities, is capable of offering a wide range of financial services including securities, futures, derivatives, foreign exchange as well as wealth management and corporate finance solutions.
